I love building bridges, whether it's through networking, traveling, or working as a liaison in a team. As an agile product owner at Citi, I am the bridge between developers, business users, and cross functional teams to deliver projects according to the business' and users' needs.
Exceptional User Experience is the essential bridge between a great product's functionality and its implementation. I aspire to create inclusive products that solve problems, provide pleasant experiences, and create a positive impact in the lives of many.
Upon graduating with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and International Business, and a minor in Business Analytics, I started my career as a UX and Data analytics intern at Citi. I worked on a complete redesign of one of Citi's website with an amazing team, after which I was hired full time as an agile product owner for the same project.
Working at Citi on a corporate project and on other stretch assignments helped me discover my passion for UX and product management. To further explore my passion in the field of UX, I enrolled in Georgia Institute of Technology's M.S. Human Computer Interaction Program, where I am currently gaining an immense amount of knowledge in Human Centered Research and Design. Additionally, I am in the midst of acquiring the Management of Technology certification
