THINK TANK COMPETITION

Project Overview
In summer 2019, I interned at Citi as a UX Intern in Tampa. My internship cohort consisted of 40 interns with different roles across the organizations. The internship project management team divided the interns into groups of 4-5 for the Citi Think Tank Competition. We were given a budget of $35,000 and were expected to come up with creative solutions to market Citi's presence in the Tampa Bay area. After conducting tons of research and analysis over the three months, my team made it passed the first 2 presentation rounds, leading to the finals. My team, '55 Wall Street', won 2nd place in this competition.
My Contributions
Research on determining the potential target market. I was also responsible for the 'Case competition' section of the project. I created the project plan for the competition and designed the poster for the case competition showcase. I also was one of the main presenters when presenting our project up till the final round.

Solution: Our proposed solution for Citi is to create an education-focused project model, consisting of projects for each age group, that will help develop students and nurture the talent present in the Tampa Bay area
